At
eOutsourceIT,
we follow
a structured approach to provide you a timely and results oriented solution. For
all types of work, a contract is signed upon agreement. The contract generally
includes confidentiality agreement as well as liabilities on both parties. The
supported documents, e.g. Proposal and a Service Level
Agreement (SLA) may be included within contract phase.
Cost
Structure
Since
eOutsourceIT uses its off-shore center for the most of the work, our
rates are very competitive and cheap. During the engagement phase, we agree
on rates with clients as well as methodology. Typically, we support both
fixed-cost as well as Time-and-material (T&M) based structure.
Fixed
Cost Contracts
When
the project scope is clear (usually short term) and requirements are clearly
documented, we will be able to provide fixed price estimate. While working
on the analysis phase, we generally include pricing structure as well as
project delivery schedule or service agreement within the contract. The
contracts themselves vary depending upon the type of the service clients are
requesting for.
Time
& Material (T&M) based Contracts
When
the project scope is unclear or is changing during the time of
implementation, T&M based pricing structure is used. The contract in
this case, will clearly identify resources and their cost per man-day.
Long-Term
Project
For
a long term project, a hybrid approach is also used. Also, for customized IP
services through off-shore office, pricing structure can vary depending upon
the requirements. Email
us your initial requirements and we will contact you within 24
hours.
