Client Requirements:
Critical overnight production batch processes in many
businesses are required
to be completed successfully for smooth operation and therefore, they need to be monitored for any
failures. Clients usually employ IT staff to monitor these critical processes and take
corrective actions if fail.
Our Services: We work
with client's IT staff and capture all monitoring
requirements. Our professional IT staff, working from our
office in India, logs into client network via virtual

QA
Testing, Automated Test Scripts and Code Migration
Client Requirements:
Upon completion of the software development, the code needs
to be migrated by a "migration group" and needs to
be tested by "system testers". The "Migration
group" generally migrates code from one
environment to another (e.g. from development/test to QA or
QA to Production). System testers define test cases
with the developers and test all the possibilities for
unit-tests, positive/negative tests and regression tests.
These two functions are very important to keep the
production software in line with the user-requirements in a
near-perfect condition all the time. Due to heavy
development loads and
priorities, these tasks sometimes, get lower priorities even though
they are essential.
Our Services: Based
on a client requirement, we develop migration schedules and
procedures. Typically, migration happens during off-time
(e.g. night or weekend). At eOutsourceIT, our
off-shore office team migrates code from one place to another,
system tests at the same time (based on pre-agreed documented
procedures) and reports back to client prior to next business
day. Our system testers get involved in all phases of
testing from defining test
cases to the completion of the test cycle. Typically, our
test plans include unit-test cases, positive/negative test
cases and regression/integration test cases. Our test plans
ensure co-ordination of requirements and can fit into the client's
daily business. The accuracy of the migration and testing is
double checked prior to the delivery to client for sign-off.

develop simple and easy-to-use automated test scripts. Of course, the feasibility
and implementation of test scripts can vary from project to project. But,
they help both clients and eOutsourceIT to expedite the testing process and
therefore benefit the business process.
