When
it comes to client data, we never compromise. We take every single step to
keep your data confidential and secured. Refer to the following guidelines,

The information (daily or one-time)
provided by client is strictly confidential. We consider that as a property
of our client.
Ø
Neither eOutsourceIT (SST) nor its
partner companies nor the staff will disclose any information related to the
client’s business or data, to a third party without prior consent of an
executive at client site.
Ø
Neither eOutsourceIT (SST) nor its
partner companies nor the staff
will reproduce any client confidential information without
prior consent of an executive at client site.
Ø
For BPO work, Data Conversion/Cleansing,
all the information including raw data, output data, files, physical
documents will be returned back after receiving the sign-off. We will not
maintain these data for more than a week (or pre-agreed arrangement) after
the sign-off and will be destroyed.
Ø
For Data Archival, our approach may be
different. We will follow client specific Service Level Agreement to keep
the data at our site. Note that we will never share data to a third party
without prior consent of an executive at client site. The raw data, archived
data and user information will be strictly kept confidential.
How
do we ensure your privacy?
We
have taken the following measures to ensure your privacy is protected at all
times.

Random checks by the owners
Ø
All staff-members of SST as well as its
partner companies are working under non-disclosure agreement (written and
compiled by SST)
Ø
Printer facility is restricted to
designated staff members only
Ø
Access to work area and building by an
unauthorized person is strictly prohibited
Ø
Employees can NOT take any personal
belongings in the work area
Ø
Each employee has their own unique user-id
and password and restricted accesses are given. The work is distributed by a
team leader only.
