You can submit your initial requirements via,

3. Do you have a daily reporting mechanism between offices?
Yes. In order to communicate efficiently, we have developed internal procedure where
our off-shore staff is required to report open and close issues back to US client manager
in all shifts.
4. For BPO work, who will manage resources in offshore location?
We are very flexible for managing resources. Generally, for a pilot phase project, our US project manager keeps
track of issues and communicates back to clients initially. US project manager is involved
throughout the life-cycle of migrating your business processes off-shore. Once migrated successfully
and clients are happy, we assign a team leader in off-shore location to take over daily
reporting to clients. Note that US project manager is always available for escalation of issue, if any.
We
believe that your BPO work and our BPO staff within our off-shore location
is an extension of your "team".
5. How much do you charge for estimating data conversion or data
archival requirements?
If you submit your initial requirements with sample data and sample output that you are
looking for, we may estimate the work-efforts free! Yes, as long as we understand your requirements
clearly, we will be able to estimate it free! In some cases, we provide the sample
output data to you as well.
Generally,
small to medium size data conversion or data entry projects, we provide free
high-level estimate prior to contract. For data archival projects, our
charge structure vary depending upon your specific needs. Feel free to

6. Do you provide contingent resources in offshore location?
Yes, if your need is changing in terms of resources, you can always go through this option
with us. Within this option, you can have resource(s) available based on contractual agreement
and you pay a minimum to cover monthly cost.

case of an unresolved problem with PCs
